At PPI Manufacturing, we provide precision metal machining, milling, and turning for a wide range of industries and applications. At our ideally located and secured 20,000 sq. ft. facility, we are able to machine complex designs with short lead times. We deliver outstanding quality and high precision in every metal component we manufacture.
PPI offers an expanded selection of conventional and specialty machining processes, including but not limited to milling, drilling, turning, threading, tapping, reaming, broaching, counterboring, and countersinking. Our machining capabilities can achieve tolerances as close as ±0.0005-tenths on both CNC and manually controlled machines. These processes are focused toward the machining of common metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, as well as exotic materials such as brass, cobalt, nickel, and Inconel. As an established superior quality manufacturer, PPI utilizes the Six Sigma and Lean methodologies as standard practice and is continually improving. PPI is ISO 9001:2015 certified with an AS9100D certified quality system.
PPI provides small to large volume production runs, cell site manufacturing, consultation in new design and manufacturing, and research & development. In addition, PPI is able to accommodate any special processes needed. For more information or if you would like us to provide a quote, please contact us directly.
